This letter gives a credit to pioneering paper that is almost unknown scientific community. On the basis of Transmission Electron Microscopy images and X-ray Ray Diffraction patterns carbon multi-layer tubular crystals authors suggested model nanotube structure formation hypothesis on various chirality nanotubes.
